Bunchberry Meadows/Tucker’s Field

The Nature Conservancy of Canada – Bunchberry Meadows site will reopen at the end of October 2025. It is a great area to hike anytime of year but especially nice during the winter. Pictures from February 5th, 2023.

We’ll meet at the trailhead near the Bunchberry Meadows Parking Lot (on Range Road 261 between Township Roads 514 & 511). The route will go throughsome of the trails Bunchberry Meadows Trails and if we have decent weather we’ll extend the hike into Tucker’s Field, The UofA has a trail description of Bunchberry Meadows & Tucker’s Field, albeit for skiing rather than hiking.
