Happy Valley Trail (Camrose) – Canceled

Hike Canceled – During the last 3 or so days the smog in Camrose is nasty, some people have addressed concern about the air quality and the hike leader indicated it was not suitable for her. We are looking at the possibility of rescheduling for later in the season. (Updated 2-23-09-02 17:30MT)

We’ll meet at the trail head on on Valleyview Drive, Camrose (plug 2403 Valleyview Drive into your GPS & the trail head is next to it) at 9:45 a.m. and the hike will leave from at 10:00.

We typically hike the Stoney Creek area in mid-July when the cacti are in bloom. However an area landowner has setup the Happy Valley Trails and they are great year round, we hiked it in March & will do it again in the fall.
