Annual General Meeting

Our annual general meeting takes place in Edmonton on Saturday, April 26. The meeting will be in the Reg Brown Community Room at Mountain Equipment Coop at 11904 – 104 Ave (the address formerly known as Oliver Square). Doors will open at 1:15.

The meeting will begin at 2 p.m. sharp. Business and elections will be followed by our guest speaker, Linda Kershaw. Ms. Kershaw is a naturalist and author of many books, such as Alberta Wayside Flowers, and Medicinal & Edible Plants of the Rockies.

RSVP is required, as this is our first in-person meeting since 2019 and we would like to plan for the attendance. Besides, if you register with your email, we will send you the AGM Reports package in time for you to review and/or print. And you will be able to register your family members at the same time.
