Ministik Bird Sanctuary to Fire Tower

A nice hike we haven’t done in a while and it was a wet day in mid-September so only 5 people could make it, so we’ll try again in mid-October when the fall colours should be spectacular. We’ll be starting on the trail to William’s Lake (where we had lunch on June’s ‘Ministik Berg’ hike), following a route that is a combination of old road & trails towards the UofA’s Ministik Field Station and on to an old Fire Tower.
We’ll meet at the trail head by the entrance to UofA Ministik Station (A88) on Township Road 510 (1 km west of Range Road 210) at 9:45 a.m.. The hike will leave from ‘A88’ at 10:00. The pictures from September 12th, 2021.
