Shoreline Trails (Elk Island)

August 30 @ 9:45 am – 3:00 pm MDT

We are still trying to take advantage this summers “Canada Strong Pass ” which gives everyone free access the the NationalParks, including Elk Island, from June 19th to September 7th.

We will meet at the Astotin Lake Area parking lot (~14½km north of the Yellowhead, past the park gates) at 9:45 a.m., with the hike leaving at 10:00. We’ll then follow the “Shoreline Trails” that follow the original road around Astotin Lake (~6km for the main #10 Trail plus ~2km with the side trails).
