Chickakoo Lake Recreation Area – Tentative

This week’s hike will be on the public trails at the Chickakoo Lake Recreation Area Area in Parkland County, ~40 km north of Edmonton, starts by following along the eastern shore of the north end of Coal Lake, and ends at a fine upland viewpoint. We’ll meet at the parking lot at Chickakoo Lake (the oval beside ‘great picnic place’ from Google Maps) at 9:45 a.m.. with the hike starting at 10:00. The pictures July 26th, 2020.
