SUMMARY:Annual General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Our annual general meeting takes place in Edmonton on Saturday\, April 18. The meeting will be at St. Thomas Anglican Church\, 4 Raven Drive\, in Sherwood Park.  Doors will open at 1:15. \n\n\n\nThe meeting will begin at 2 p.m. sharp with a presentation by Geoff Holroyd\, Chair of the Beaver Hills Bird Observatory. \n\n\n\nBusiness and elections will follow at 3 p.m. \n\n\n\nCoffee and tea will be served. Other treats will be welcome. \n\n\n\nRSVP is requested \n\n\n\nIf you register with your email\, we will send you the reports package a few days before the meeting so that you have time to review them. In your RSVP you can also request to receive a printed copy at the AGM.  \n\n\n\nYou can register your family members at the same time. \n\n\n\nYES\, I AM COMING TO THE AGM\n\n\n\nAlternatively\, you can phone JoAnne at  780-232-0733 to let her know you are coming.
