Saunders Lake (A29 to A30 for berries)

Berry season for the Saunders Saunter A29 to A30 or longer will be a stroll for bird watchers and nature lovers; could be 7km to 10km with an emphasis on the different birds, of which Saunders Lake has plenty. The pictures from August 12th, 2018.

In Edmonton we will meet at the Century Park Park & Ride (‘Free Parking’ Section I, near the 109th Street Entrance/Exit) and carpool leaving at 9:00a.m. If you would like to meet at the trail head at “A29” (at the bend by the lake on Range Road 244A), we should be there at about 9:30 a.m.., but should check the website prior to departure in case of a change (e.g., weather forecast, trail conditions).
